Mainline AWD Dyno Validation

Controlled runs on our Mainline AWD Dyno, read together with ECU data to validate the calibration.

Measurement

What we measure

Dyno figures and ECU data come from different sources, so we report them separately. Weather, fuel and vehicle condition all affect the result.

Dyno measurements

Power, torque and RPM from the dyno, with baseline and final runs side by side.

ECU and logger data

Boost, lambda, ignition, fuel pressure, temperatures, throttle and load, with requested and actual values logged separately.

Process

How a dyno day runs

01

Vehicle check

Condition, fuel and safety checks before any run.

02

Baseline

A reference run before any change.

03

Data logging

ECU and logger channels chosen for the test.

04

Calibration review

Logged behavior compared with targets and limits.

05

Test run

Controlled runs under the same procedure.

06

Result comparison

Baseline against final, run against run.

07

Sign-off

The result is checked against the test objective.

08

Test report

Runs, channel data and comparisons in one document.

09

Delivery and handover

Final file and report returned with technical notes.
