Before any work starts, we agree on the scope, price and delivery with you in writing, by email or WhatsApp. That written agreement is what applies to your project.

Our services are mainly for businesses, such as workshops and professional tuners. If you are a consumer, you keep all the rights the law of your country gives you, and nothing on this website or in our agreements limits them. If you are a consumer in the EU and we agree on a project remotely, we give you the information and cancellation rights the law requires before work starts.
5. Your vehicle and the law
A modified calibration can change a vehicle's emissions, type approval, inspection status and insurance. The rules are different in each country. You are responsible for using your vehicle legally where you drive it.
6. Information on this website
We aim to keep the information here accurate, but it is general. What is possible on your vehicle depends on its platform, software and hardware, and we confirm that with you before we start.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

These terms, the use of this website and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. The competent people's courts in Shenzhen, Guangdong, China have jurisdiction.
