ECU, TCU and CPC are separate control units. When the project needs it, we calibrate them together.

TCU calibration
Torque limits and intervention, shift strategy, shift points, clutch-related functions, RPM strategy and transmission protection, depending on the platform.

CPC / CPC_NG
Vehicle-level torque coordination, powertrain interaction and relevant torque or speed limitations where the platform and project require CPC work.

You send the original file, vehicle configuration and logs. We send back the calibration file.

On-site calibration and validation
The car comes to our Shenzhen workshop for calibration, logging and Mainline AWD Dyno runs.

What to send us
The basics are enough for a first inquiry. Advanced identifiers help if you have them.
Vehicle and control units
Vehicle, model year, engine, ECU, TCU and CPC/CPC_NG where applicable.
Base data
Software version, original file, current calibration and read/write method when available.
Configuration
Relevant turbo, intake, exhaust, intercooler, fuel system, sensors and transmission information.
Objective
Power, response, drivability, track use and reliability priorities.
Validation
Validation and delivery
Every calibration is checked against logged data before it goes back to you.

Calibration FAQ
- Are Stage 1–4 universal specifications?
- No. They are practical categories; the real scope depends on the platform, software, hardware, fuel and vehicle condition.
- Is an original file required at first contact?
- Not for an initial inquiry. It may be required after the feasibility review, depending on the project.
